Job summary

Brindavanam Enterprise is seeking a customer service professional to make outbound calls, understand customer needs, and provide clear and polite information. You will follow scripts, maintain data in the system, and work toward daily quality and productivity targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

The role is office-based and requires good verbal communication, a pleasant voice, and basic computer skills to handle data entry and record call outcomes.

Qualifications
