Job summary

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Outreach: perform 100+ outbound calls daily to leads, customers, or candidates.
• Pitching & Qualification: present scripts, qualify interest, and assess requirements quickly.
• Objection Handling: address pushbacks and keep conversations productive.
• Follow-Ups & Callbacks: schedule timely follow-ups to drive conversions or interviews.
• CRM & Data Maintenance: log calls, summaries, dispositions in CRM/dialer after each call.
• Target Achievement: meet/exceed daily/weekly KPIs including talk time and conversions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, articulate, and goal-driven Voice Process Associate to join our outbound calling team. In this role, you will handle high-volume outbound calling campaigns, engage prospects or candidates, qualify interest, and deliver accurate information with speed and consistency.

This is a high-touch calling role (100120+ dials per day) suited for individuals with sharp verbal communication, active listening skills, and the persistence needed to hit daily outreach targets.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute 100+ outbound phone calls daily to prospective leads, customers, or candidates from assigned databases/CRM lists.
• Pitching & Qualification: Deliver structured call scripts clearly and professionally; quickly qualify interest, evaluate candidate/client requirements, and handle initial inquiries.
• Objection Handling: Confidently address common pushbacks, clarify doubts, and keep conversations productive and engaging.
• Follow-Ups & Callbacks: Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls with warm prospects/leads to drive conversions or interview walk-ins.
• CRM & Data Maintenance: Log all call attempts, conversation summaries, dispositions (connected, callback, not interested, invalid), and lead statuses into the CRM/dialer software immediately post-call.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including talk time, connect rate, qualified leads, and closure/attendance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in an outbound calling environment (Domestic/International voice process, telemarketing, inside sales, candidate screening, or lead generation).
• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma holder with relevant outbound calling experience.
• Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional verbal communication and conversational clarity in English and [Insert Regional Language, e.g., Hindi / Telugu].
  • High call stamina and resilience to handle cold outreach and objection management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, auto-dialers, or lead tracking sheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills for real-time call logging.
