Qualifications

• Fresher or Experience in BPO / Call Centre / International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and revenue generation
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Experience in the travel/tourism industry will be an added advantage
