Job summary

Red Hibiscus Info Solutions is seeking candidates for an experienced sales operations role based in Gurugram. The position focuses on driving revenue targets, managing performance metrics, and delivering data-driven insights through daily and weekly dashboards.

The incumbent will coordinate hiring and training, ensure process compliance, and handle client interactions. The role requires experience in BPO/telecom sales operations with emphasis on international outbound processes.

Qualifications

Salary:

Fresher 3.9 LPA

1- 2 years: 4.6 LPA

2+ years 6.09 LPA

5 days working & 2 rotational offs

Both side cab facility

10 hours shift & 9 working hours
