Job summary

The UrbanIndia is seeking energetic Process Associates to support outbound calls with Australian customers and drive lead generation across multiple international campaigns.

You will handle high-volume calling, communicate campaign offerings, and work with teams to meet targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound/cold-calling experience is mandatory.
• Australian process experience will be preferred.
• International outbound experience with strong cold-calling skills will also be considered.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with international customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the campaign.

• Work closely with the team to achieve individual lead-generation and incentive opportunities.

Eligibility & Experience

• Prior outbound/cold-calling experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with Australian process experience will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and relevant Australian-process exposure.

• Australian-process experience: Up to ₹28,000+
• Strong international outbound/cold-calling experience: Up to ₹30,000, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
• Uncapped incentives — no fixed target-based incentive ceiling.
• Incentives are linked to the leads generated, allowing high performers to earn more.

Working Days & Timings

5.5 Days Working

Monday–Friday: Full Day

Saturday: Half Day

Sunday: Fixed Off
