Job summary

Aprameya Resources in Coimbatore is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging sessions for new hires. You will liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule batches of 40–50 trainees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

You will prepare training content, conduct TNA, monitor ROI, and apply modern training methodologies. US/UK culture exposure and sales training are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver sessions for new hires to enhance their communication skills
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Prepare educational material such as Training content, training handouts, videos etc.
• Conduct TNA to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and measure ROI
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, class room training, online

Required Skill Set:

• Proven experience as corporate trainer
• Ability to handle and schedule batches of 40-50 trainees
• Ability to handle conversion of 90% and above

• Prior experience from BPO or International voice and communication training.
