Job summary

Health Prime Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Voice & Accent trainer to design and deliver sessions on pronunciation, grammar, and communication. You will assess trainee progress, provide coaching, and maintain training records to ensure effective on-boarding and ongoing development.

The role requires 2–5 years in voice and accent training, a strong command of English, and willingness to travel to other locations. US shift availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Voice & Accent training.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, preferably English/linguistics.
• Professional certification in Voice & Accent Training or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
• Flexible working hours aligned to US shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Voice & Accent and AR process training for new hires and existing employees.
• Conduct sessions on pronunciation, grammar, communication skills, and process knowledge.
• Assess trainee performance, track progress, and maintain training records.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and refresher training to improve performance.
• Monitor calls and support on-floor development through regular feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and stakeholders for training effectiveness and deployment readiness.
• Update training content and materials based on process changes and business requirements.
• Manage trainee attendance, assessments, batch reports, and daily training updates.
• Handle trainee queries/escalations and support smooth learning transition to operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional training projects.

Role Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in any stream. Preferred in English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Voice & Accent training.
• Professional certification in Voice & Accent Training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of American or neutral accent (as applicable).
• Should be open to traveling to other locations as per the business requirement.
• Flexible working in US shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• International English proficiency credentials such as CEFR alignment, TOEFL, IELTS, or similar certification are highly preferred.
• Certification in Phonetics, Speech Therapy, or Communication Training will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience training international customers, including voice/accent neutralization and soft skills development.
