Job summary

Ultra Corpotech Pvt. Ltd. in Maharashtra invites a skilled VMC in charge to oversee daily operations of high-precision CNC machines, including Mazak INTEGREX, ensuring on-time production and quality.

You will plan manpower, machine allocation, and process control, while guiding operators and coordinating with engineering, CAM, quality and maintenance to resolve issues.

A strong background in 3/4/5-axis machining, reading drawings and GD&T, and leadership across shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC multi-axis machining, milling and turn operations.
• Experience with 3/4/5-axis machines, preferably Mazak INTEGREX / similar multi-tasking machines.
• Good understanding of CNC programs, tooling, workholding, cutting parameters and tool offsets.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T and process documentation.
• Leadership and manpower-management skills with the ability to handle a team across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Experience in machining complex components and optimizing cycle time, tool life and machine utilization.
• Knowledge of RCA, 8D, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience in implementing production dashboards, hourly monitoring and daily performance reviews
