Job summary

Autoprint Machinery Manufacturers Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will operate and set up Vertical Machining Centers, interpreting engineering drawings and job instructions with basic G-code knowledge.

You will load and edit CNC programs, select proper tools and fixtures, inspect finished parts, and perform routine maintenance while coordinating with the production team to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production or related trade is required.
• 1–3 years of experience operating VMC machines.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes; basic G-code understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate VMC machines per job requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and job instructions.
• Load programs and make minor edits when necessary.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures and machining parameters.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in operating and setting up Vertical Machining Centers, with a strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC machines as per job requirements
  

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions

• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in operating VMC machines

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related trade

• Skills Required:

  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
  • Basic understanding of G-code and CNC program adjustments
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.)
