You will coordinate with embassies and visa centers, review documentation, and ensure timely submissions. Location options: Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in International Visa Processing.
• Strong knowledge of US, UK & Schengen visas.
• Experience with ANZ, Balkans, China and Japan visas.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for international travellers.
• Understand visa requirements, documentation and application procedures.
• Review documents and identify gaps, inconsistencies or potential issues.
• Prepare clients for visa applications, interviews and biometrics where applicable.
• Complete and review visa forms and application documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with VFS, embassies, consulates and relevant visa centres.
• Track applications and provide timely status updates.
• Handle complex and time-sensitive visa cases.
• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Product and Customers.
• Maintain accurate visa records and ensure timely submission of applications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for international travellers
• Understand visa requirements, documentation and application procedures
• Review documents and identify gaps, inconsistencies or potential issues

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has 2-6 years of experience in International Visa Processing
• Has strong practical knowledge of US, UK & Schengen visas
• Has experience with ANZ, Balkans, China and Japan visas
• Has excellent documentation and attention-to-detail skills
• Can independently assess visa documentation and application requirements
• Has strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Can manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced Travel & Tourism environment
• Keeps themselves updated with changing visa policies and requirements

YOU'LL HAVE AN EDGE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience handling FIT / customized holiday visa applications
• Experience with multiple VFS / visa application centres
• Experience handling visa interview preparation
• Knowledge of visa refusal / reapplication processes
• Experience coordinating with international DMCs and travel partners
• Strong knowledge of outbound travel documentation
