• Communicate and coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate visa processing.
• Stay informed of changes in visa regulations and ensure that all applications comply with the latest requirements.
• Ensure that all visa applications adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with visa processing.
• Prepare and present regular reports on visa processing activities, including application status, processing times, and success rates.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the visa processing function.
