You will leverage AI tools to create cover letters and itineraries, liaise with embassies, and maintain confidential client documentation while delivering clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the visa application process and provide clear guidance throughout the journey.
• Process visa applications and ensure timely submission of required documents to embassies.
• Leverage AI (Gemini) to create customized Cover Letters and Travel Itineraries that meet strict embassy standards.
• Ensure error-free filling of online and offline visa application forms with precision and accuracy.
• Liaise with embassies for updates, status checks, and specific requirements.
• Use AI to summarize lengthy embassy PDF guidelines into practical team checklists and streamline internal processes.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and 2026 rule changes across countries (Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
• Manage and organize client documentation both physically and digitally, maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer support and clear communication throughout the entire visa process.
