• Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify missing or incorrect documents and advise applicants on necessary corrections.
• Guide applicants through the complete visa application process from initial consultation to decision.
• Assist clients with visa application forms, appointment scheduling, biometrics, and other requirements.
• Prepare applicants for visa interviews with mock interviews and guidance.
• Keep clients informed about application status.
