Qualifications

• 14 years of relevant experience in Canada/Australia immigration or overseas education counseling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Canada immigration and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' profiles to assess eligibility for immigration or overseas education counseling.
• Provide accurate information on Canada immigration processes, documentation and timelines.
• Convert qualified inquiries into registrations through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Handle walk-ins, leads, calls and client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and registered clients.
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth movement of cases.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and case status.
• Stay updated with changes in Canadian immigration policies and visa categories.
• Achieve assigned counseling, conversion and revenue targets.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process.
• Ensure professional and ethical communication with clients and provide verified information.
