Our Client is looking for a Junior Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa-related processes, documentation, application preparation, and regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in visa counselling or visa processing and good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa application process, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and ensure smooth documentation and application processing.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in visa counselling, immigration, or visa processing, along with strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Counsel clients regarding different visa categories, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
• Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on their requirements.
• Explain the complete visa process, documentation requirements, timelines, and procedures to clients.
• Collect, verify, and review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist clients in preparing visa application forms and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients for pending documents, corrections, and additional information.
• Assist with online visa applications, embassy/consulate portals, and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate VFS/biometric appointments and document submissions wherever required.
• Maintain proper records of client applications and regularly update application status.
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation and application progress.
• Handle client queries and provide timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate with the visa processing/operations team for smooth application processing.
• Stay updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information and documents.

Required Skills

• 6 Months 2 Years of experience in Visa Counselling / Visa Processing / Immigration / Overseas Education.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
• Good client handling and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail while checking documents and applications.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and online application portals.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.

Qualification

Candidates with relevant experience in the immigration/visa industry will be preferred.
