Just And True in Mohali, India, seeks a client liaison to counsel and assess prospects, manage leads from calls, walk-ins, referrals and campaigns, and ensure consent and CRM updates. You will connect with the Sales Team Leader, Visa Filing Officers, Admission Team, and Management to drive enrolments and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Client counselling and assessment.
• Attend product/visa training and stay updated on visa requirements and company procedures.
• Handle leads from calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital campaigns.
• Reconnect with interested or pending clients and address questions promptly.
• Maintain lead status in the CRM/data sheet.
• Convert eligible prospects into clients.
• Explain service packages, payment terms, and processes.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain professional and courteous client communication.
• Coordinate with Sales Team Leader, Visa Filing Officers, Admission Team, and Management.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports as required.
