Job summary

TekPillar seeks a Relationship Manager for the Virtual NRI Channel based in Gandhinagar. You will handle virtual interactions with NRI clients, drive lead-based sales of BFSI products, and build lasting relationships to meet revenue targets.

The role requires clear English communication, graduation, and 1–6 years of relevant experience in Banking or BFSI sales. You will coordinate with internal teams to onboard and service customers, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of experience in Banking, Finance or BFSI sales.
• Experience in virtual sales or telesales is a plus.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle virtual customer interactions with NRI clients through calls, video meetings, email, and digital platforms.
• Manage lead-based sales and relationship building for NRI banking and financial products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable BFSI solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective NRI customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and business closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in virtual sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or NRI banking will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
