We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage our NRI portfolio. The role involves premium service delivery, revenue generation through cross-sell and up-sell, and deepening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue targets (IPG and cross-sell) from mapped NRI customers.
• Provide premium customer service and manage client relationships.

• Cross-sell investment, asset, card, and liability products.
