• Manage the NRI portfolio via proactive client outreach and relationship monitoring.
• Generate fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards, and Liability products.
• Use systems, applications, and tools to provide end-to-end client support.
• Adhere to internal control policies and comply with regulatory and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets (IPG and other crosssell products) for the mapped NRI customer portfolio
• Deliver premium customer service to NRI clients
• Drive CASA deepening, NTB lead generation, and provide assistance for NDIAS services
• Upselling and crossselling while sharing regular market information and product updates with customers
• Manage the NRI portfolio through proactive client outreach and continuous relationship monitoring
• Generate fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards, and Liability products
• Effectively use all systems, applications, and tools to provide endtoend client support
• Strictly adhere to internal control policies and comply with all regulatory and legal guidelines

Major Competencies Required

• Strong communication skills in English and the local language

• Prior sales experience preferred
