About the Role: As an Elite Banker First Select/Wealth, you will enhance customer engagement via virtual channels, deepen relationships, and drive product penetration across managed clients. You will play a key role in promoting digital adoption, cross-selling financial products, and positioning the bank as the primary financial partner for affluent customers.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Acquisition Strengthen customer relationships to increase overall portfolio value. Acquire new NR (Non-Resident) accounts and generate referrals. Boost remittances across managed portfolios.

Customer Engagement & Digital Adoption Conduct high-quality client interactions via calls Promote Mobile Banking & Optimus app adoption Ensure onboarding across digital banking platforms

Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth Cross-sell pre-approved products (Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, Investments) Profile customers and recommend tailored financial solutions Increase product holding per customer

Service Excellence & Compliance Resolve customer queries to meet NPS benchmarks Coordinate with internal teams for transaction closures Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and audit requirements Drive onboarding into Relationship Banking programs
