Job summary

WeddingZ is seeking a results-driven inside sales professional to engage customer leads through the calling app, drive lead conversion, and achieve revenue targets within the events and hospitality domain.

You will manage relationships with customers and venues, supervise smooth event execution, travel to assigned venues, and operate with a smartphone and Windows 11 Pro laptop; six-day workweeks with Mondays off are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in B2C / inside sales.
• Prior experience in hotel, events or hospitality sectors preferred.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel to assigned venues; travel reimbursement applies.
• Own smartphone (Android 7+) with call-recording facility.
• Own Windows 11 Pro laptop; monthly device allowance provided.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week; Monday as weekly off.

• Drive vendor optimization by identifying vendors, negotiating rates and signing/approving contracts.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Ensure all incoming customer leads are connected with through the calling app (average 80+ customer calls daily) and drive lead conversion, sales maximization, sales targets and profitability.
• 2. Revenue management ensure healthy revenue flow through customer and owner relationships and execution of marketing solutions launched from time to time.
• 3. Ensure target achievement through effective revenue generation and collection across assigned venues and products/packages.
• 4. Ensure smooth venue operations through effective stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• 5. Supervise and ensure smooth event execution to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• 6. Act as the signing authority for entering into customer contracts for sales bookings on behalf of the company.
• 7. Drive vendor optimization by identifying vendors, negotiating rates and signing/approving contracts in line with central-team guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. At least 1 year of work experience in B2C / inside sales.
• 2. Prior experience in hotel, events or hospitality sectors is preferred, but not mandatory.
• 3. Fluency in English and the respective local language.
• 4. Willingness to travel to assigned venues; travel reimbursement will be applicable.
• 5. Own smartphone required (Android 7 or above with call-recording facility) to run the calling app; phone reimbursement applicable.
• 6. Own Windows 11 Pro laptop required; monthly device allowance will be provided.
• 7. Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends; weekly off will be on Monday.
