Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and drive venue bookings
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their event requirements
• Recommend suitable venues, packages, and services based on customer needs
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Own revenue and sales targets
• Drive venue bookings and revenue generation to achieve assigned business targets
• Maximize sales through upselling of packages, services, and event-related offerings
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Build strong customer and venue relationships
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and venue partners
• Work closely with venue teams to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate event execution
• Act as the key point of contact between customers, venues, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth planning and execution of events from booking to completion
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues proactively
• Manage venue operations and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
• Monitor venue readiness and service quality for an exceptional customer experience
• Handle commercial and vendor coordination
• Finalize bookings and agreements with customers as per company guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective event execution
