Job summary

weddingZ is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to connect leads via the calling app and drive conversions across venues and products. You will coordinate revenue generation, manage relationships with customers and owners, and ensure profitable outcomes while supervising events for a superior customer experience.

The role requires travel to venues, willingness to work 6 days a week (Mon off), and owning a smartphone and Windows laptop for work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in B2C/inside sales.
• Preference for hotel/event/hospitality background.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Willingness to travel to assigned venues; travel reimbursement.
• Own smartphone with Android 7+ and call-recording.
• Own Windows 11 Pro laptop; monthly device allowance.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, weekends; Monday off.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming customer leads are connected with through the calling app (average 80+ customer calls daily) and drive lead conversion, sales maximization, sales targets and profitability.
• Revenue management ensure healthy revenue flow through customer and owner relationships and execution of marketing solutions launched from time to time.
• Ensure target achievement through effective revenue generation and collection across assigned venues and products/packages.
• Ensure smooth venue operations through effective stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• Supervise and ensure smooth event execution to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Act as the signing authority for entering into customer contracts for sales bookings on behalf of the company.
• Drive vendor optimization by identifying vendors, negotiating rates and signing/approving contracts in line with central-team guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 1 year of work experience in B2C / inside sales.
• Prior experience in hotel, events or hospitality sectors is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and the respective local language.
• Willingness to travel to assigned venues; travel reimbursement will be applicable.
• Own smartphone required (Android 7 or above with call-recording facility) to run the calling app; phone reimbursement applicable.
• Own Windows 11 Pro laptop required; monthly device allowance will be provided.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends; weekly off will be on Monday.
