Job summary

Life Style Foods in Sonipat, Haryana seeks a Vendor Relationship Executive with 2-5 years of experience in packing material procurement. You will manage supplier relationships, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely supply of pouches, cartons, labels, and other packaging materials to support production.

The role requires Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred), familiarity with SAP/ERP and MS Excel, and strong negotiation and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred).
• 25 years of experience in packing material procurement.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Spice Manufacturing, or Packaging Industry.
• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of packing materials including pouches, laminated rolls, cartons, labels, corrugated boxes, tapes, and other packaging consumables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
• Ensure timely availability of packing materials as per production requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, QA, and Finance departments.
• Monitor vendor performance for quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
• Conduct market research for alternate vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure uninterrupted supplies.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, contracts, and MIS reports.
• Follow procurement policies and documentation procedures.
