Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials.
• Execute strategic sourcing and vendor development activities.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and release purchase orders.
• Ensure timely material procurement aligned with operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and compliance standards.
• Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, and inventory coordination.
• Identify alternate sourcing opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Prior exposure to FMCG, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong expertise in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
