Qualifications

• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage the admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activities in CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 6080 calls daily to prospective students and parents.
• Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound calls.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Counsel students and parents regarding programs and admissions.
• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage the admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activities in CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and counselling skills.
• Good sales and convincing abilities.
• Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Educational Counselling, Admissions, Telesales, or CRM preferred.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.

Salary & Benefits:25,000 35,000 per month + Incentives

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday + 1st Saturday of every month
