Job summary

TeamLease is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional in Haryana to manage operations including DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, chillers, and related HVAC and electrical systems. You will supervise shifts, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and coordinate breakdown responses to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical with a valid Electrical Supervisor License and extensive utility maintenance experience, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical with valid Electrical Supervisor License as per statutory requirements.
• Having 23 years of experience in utility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, chillers, HWGs, Cooling Towers, pumps, AHU/AW & compressors.
• Shift management: Maintain shift logs and handover records
• Preventive maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance schedules, support predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring & Minimize breakdowns through proactive actions.
• Breakdown handling: Troubleshoot faults and ensure quick restoration, Coordinate with other teams during major breakdowns, Maintain failure records and corrective actions
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards & SOPs.
