Job summary

CBRE is seeking an electrical maintenance professional for IT parks and commercial buildings. You will manage HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS and panels to ensure uninterrupted power supply and safe operation.

The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, energy monitoring, and maintaining electrical documentation. You will coordinate with vendors and tenants while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years experience in IT Parks / Commercial Buildings / Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors and tenants.

Responsibilities
