Job summary

Soyug Ltd. in Rajasthan seeks a skilled Utility Manager to oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant utilities including solvent extraction, boiler, ETP, and RO systems.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure equipment reliability, and uphold safety standards. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in solvent extraction and utility maintenance.
• Experience in edible oil manufacturing/refinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, boilers, pumps, motors, compressors, cooling towers, and other utility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall maintenance of the solvent extraction plant and utility section.
• Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of extractors, DTDC, desolventizers, pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Supervise boiler operations, preventive maintenance, fuel efficiency, water quality, pressure monitoring, and statutory safety compliance.
• Ensure efficient ETP operations, wastewater treatment, discharge quality, chemical dosing, and environmental compliance.

Job Purpose:-

To manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant utilities, including the Solvent,Boiler, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and RO Plant.

Roles & Responsibilities
