Job summary

Oxford Placement seeks an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Lead for Dahej, Gujarat. You will manage plant uptime, drive RCA and shutdowns, optimize utilities, and guide the team in energy-saving and budgeted resource use.

Applicants should hold BE(Mech) with 12–15 years in chemical maintenance, with strong troubleshooting skills across rotating, static, process, and utility equipment and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• BE(Mech) with 12–15 years hands-on maintenance and utility experience.
• Experience in chemical industry with rotating/static/process/utility equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance and reliability operations to maximize uptime.
• Lead RCA, shutdown management, and energy saving initiatives.
• Ensure ISO/EHS compliance and manage budgeting, inventory, and manpower.
