Job summary

RGBSI in Chennai is seeking a US Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for US staffing needs. You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management to support rapid, high-quality hires.

The role requires excellent communication, strong knowledge of US labor laws, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain ATS records, collaborate with hiring managers and partners, and ensure compliance throughout the hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US-based recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles in automotive, manufacturing, aerospace or EV.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment goals and targets.
