Purview in Hyderabad is seeking enthusiastic freshers for the US Technical Recruiter – Fresher role. This entry‑level position trains you in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, and US IT hiring practices, with night shifts to align with US clients.

You'll source IT candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Dice, screen, coordinate interviews, and maintain trackers, working with senior recruiters and account managers.

• Learn about US employment types, work authorizations, and recruitment processes.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets as assigned by the team lead.
