Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce stream (Can be Computer Science, Clinical, Bio, Commerce, Human Resources etc.)
• Experience: Freshers or experienced Recruiters with excellent communication skills required.
• Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
• Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Commute: Reside within 0–10 km of Kalyani Nagar or be willing to relocate nearby.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
