Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to source, screen, and recruit for US-based client requirements. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.

Candidates should have 3–8 years of US staffing experience, strong IT knowledge, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple job boards. This role demands excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Experience working with W2 hiring models.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
