NLB Services in Gurgaon is seeking an outbound sales professional to engage Canada-based customers and promote telecom plans, upgrades, and bundles. You will handle high-volume calls, tailor solutions, and drive revenue from an office in Gurgaon.

The role requires a strong English communication, resilience, and CRM use, with targets to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Salary is 4 LPA + 10% variable, on-site with cab facilities and US shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate with flexibility based on communication skills.
• 0–4 years of outbound sales experience preferred.
• US shift availability and office-based work.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers.

Role Summary:

Outbound sales role responsible for engaging Canada-based customers, promoting telecom products/services, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and rejections professionallyMaintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
• Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue
