Job summary

NLB Services is seeking an outbound sales professional to engage Canada-based customers and promote telecom products and services from our Gurgaon office. You will drive revenue through consultative selling, handling high-volume calls, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong English communication, and the ability to meet daily and monthly targets while maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers).

• Handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups).
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards.
