Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in India is seeking an entry-level outbound sales associate to engage Canada-based customers, promote telecom products, and drive revenue through consultative selling.

You will make high-volume outbound calls, promote plans and bundles, understand customer needs, and aim to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining CRM records. Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
• Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue
