Job summary

NLB Services is looking for candidates for an International Outbound Sales profile located in Gurgaon, India. The role includes making high-volume outbound calls to customers and promoting telecom products. A graduate degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in international sales are required. The position offers night shifts with allowances and a five-day working week.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and be able to achieve sales targets while maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers).
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups).
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards.
• Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue.
