Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job intake to onboarding.
- Actively source candidates across job boards, databases, and social media platforms.
- Conduct resume screenings, initial interviews, and qualification assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding both skills and aspirations.
- Negotiate offers, perform reference checks, and handle background verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and internal systems.
- Stay current with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance norms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the company in virtual career events.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably for IT/non-IT roles or US-based clients.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of US labor regulations, screening protocols, and hiring norms.
- Strategic thinker with solid negotiation and decision‑making skills.
- Well‑organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality candidate experiences.
