Job summary

Compunnel Inc. in Panaji, Goa is hiring a US Recruiter to join our recruitment team on a 100% onsite basis. The role operates on a US shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) and requires 1+ years of experience, though freshers are welcome to apply.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements and source candidates through major portals. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment will be preferred.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, US work authorization, rate negotiation, and US recruitment processes will be an advantage.
