Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review the job description and understand client requirements to plan candidate search.
• Source candidates using portals, databases and social media.
• Assess candidates' experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Schedule, coordinate and own end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships and gain referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms; secure commitments for openings.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers and provide updates to candidates.
• Coordinate with onsite North America sales team to understand needs.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates via email, calls and video.

• Assessapplicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Scheduling,coordination,andownershipof end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidaterelationships & credibilityto leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiatingwage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
