Aufgaben

• Review job descriptions and client requirements; develop a search plan to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates across portals, databases, and social networks.
• Assess candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
• Coordinate scheduling and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to encourage referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms of employment; gain commitment from candidates.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers for review and next steps.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and provide updates on candidature.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to understand client needs.
• Engage candidates via email, calls, and video chats.

Shift Timings: Night shifts (8:30 pm to 5:30 am / 9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST)

Work model: Monday to Friday

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
• Source candidates using multiple channels - job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
• Assess the applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates, and other terms of employment, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Submitting candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and keep them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with on-site teams to understand the client’s needs and requirements.
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
