Ascendion is hiring an Entry Level Associate in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling, and managing end-to-end recruitment.

You will build candidate relationships, negotiate terms, and collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs, while maintaining timely updates and high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Review the job description; understand the client requirements and create a search plan to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates using portals, internal databases, social media, and other channels.
• Assess applicants’ experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Coordinate and own end-to-end recruitment cycle from scheduling to closure.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to gain referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms of employment and gain commitment for current and future roles.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers for review and consideration.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and provide status updates.
• Engage with the client’s onsite sales team to understand needs and requirements.

Job Location:

Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift Timings:

UK Shift (12pm-9pm or 1pm-10pm)

You’ll do:

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
• Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
• Submitting candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with our onsite sales team to understand the client’s needs and requirements
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
