UNLOCK BUSINESS CONSULTING in Gurgaon invites a results-driven US Staffing Recruiter to join our new vertical. You will own end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT roles, screen and close candidates, and directly engage US clients to understand their hiring needs and budgets.

This growth role requires a go-getter with ownership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work from office in the 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST shift. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on US Staffing experience.
• Proven success closing IT and Non-IT roles for US clients.
• Strong understanding of US geography, time zones and market.
• Experience with US staffing portals and recruitment software.
• Direct client interaction and relationship management.
• Go-getter attitude with ownership and accountability.
• Able to work from office in Gurgaon, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, qualify and close candidates against requirements.
• Understand the US staffing market, hiring trends, job functions and candidate availability.
• Work directly with US clients and understand their hiring requirements, priorities and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Drive positions from requirement intake to submission, interview coordination, negotiation and closure.
• Consistently achieve closure and hiring targets across multiple open positions.
• Use relevant US recruitment portals, databases, ATS and sourcing tools effectively.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and proactively engage passive candidates.
• Negotiate effectively with candidates while maintaining client requirements and margins.
• Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, closures, TAT and conversion ratios.
• Support the development of recruitment processes, databases and best practices for the new US Staffing wing.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategy, turnaround time and closure ratios.

Job Description – US Staffing Recruiter / Senior US Recruiter

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

Experience: 4–5+ Years in US Staffing

Joining: Immediate / Max 15 Days

CTC: Up to ₹7–8 LPA inclusive of cab & meals

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, high-energy and ownership-driven US Staffing professional to join our new US Staffing business vertical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully closing multiple IT and Non-IT positions across the US market, while independently managing candidates, clients and the complete recruitment lifecycle.

This is not a routine sourcing role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, think commercially, work independently and help build the US Staffing vertical from the ground up.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with US staffing portals, ATS/CRM systems and recruitment software.
• Demonstrated experience in direct client interaction and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, convincing and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Go-getter attitude with high ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and take decisions without constant supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Should be comfortable working from office and in the 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST shift.
