Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an experienced US Payroll Delivery Manager to lead timely and accurate payroll processing for US-based employees. You will manage weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle cycles, and respond to client queries with clear HR policy guidance.

The role requires 9–12 years of payroll leadership, hands-on with Workday/Oracle HCM data handling, strong analytics, and excellent client communication. Night shifts and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of US Payroll management experience.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo or SuccessFactors.
• Strong data entry, analytics and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Payroll processing weekly/bi-weekly/monthly and off-cycle cycles.
• Respond to client queries via phone, chat and email with HR policy clarity.
• Manage part of the process per Capgemini methodology and transition plans.
