Capgemini is seeking a talented Supply Planner in Chennai to drive production planning and inventory optimization. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable plans that support business growth.

The role emphasizes rolling out weekly and monthly production plans, managing stock levels, and ensuring OTIF while coordinating with MRP, QA, Distribution, and project management to keep plans on track.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of experience in supply planning or a related role.
• Experience with S&OP processes and production planning.
• Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Roll out weekly / monthly production plans to the factory.
• Manage inventory at optimal levels and avoid non-moving stock or stock-outs.
• Coordinate with MRP, QA, Distribution, and project management teams to ensure plans are met.
• Ensure OTIF targets and production adherence through regular collaboration with the factory.
• Follow up with MRP for material availability and timely batch releases.
