Job summary

Capgemini is recruiting a Workday Technical Consultant to design, develop, test, and support native Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent modules. You will work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs to build robust data flows and reports.

Collaborate with functional teams and external vendors, participate in testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and contribute to knowledge transfer and release adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, JSON.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of data transformation and integration best practices.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT, and APIs.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
• Create and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
• Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
