Job summary

Tranzeal in Bengaluru, India is seeking an HR Operations specialist focused on onboarding for US/EMEA hiring. You will generate offers, manage onboarding, and coordinate background verification and I-9 processes to ensure smooth US hires.

Candidates should have hands-on Workday experience and familiarity with SAP/Oracle for offer/BGV/onboarding activities. This role is based in Bengaluru with a strong emphasis on cross-border onboarding.

• Reviewed BGV discrepancies and coordinated resolution with stakeholders.
• Supported I-9/employment verification processes for US hires.

Role & responsibilities

Ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of relevant experience can be considered.
• Strong US/AMER/ EMEA onboarding experience, preferably within the last 18 months.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Offer letter generation
• Background verification (BGV)
• I-9 / employment verification
• onboarding processes
• Candidates with EMEA/India experience + recent US onboarding experience can also be considered.
• Workday experience is preferred, but the team is open to candidates with relevant experience in SAP or Oracle if they have strong offer/BGV/onboarding experience.
