Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking an onboarding specialist to manage end-to-end US healthcare onboarding for new hires in a fast-paced environment. The role includes initiating background checks, coordinating drug tests, and ensuring strict compliance with I-9, W-4, and E-Verify requirements.

You will liaise with vendors and clients, maintain timely documentation, and support subcontractor relationships while handling multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of US Healthcare onboarding experience.
• Hands-on experience with US employment documentation (I-9, W-4, E-Verify).
• Strong knowledge of background verification and drug screening processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely process
• Handle offboarding activities, including documentation and exit formalities
• Initiate and track background verification (BGC) and drug tests for all new hires
• Ensure timely completion of drug tests to prevent onboarding delays
• Coordinate US background verification workflows including initiation, tracking, follow-ups, and closures
• Liaise with BGC vendors to monitor status, resolve delays, and elevate issues when required
• Collect and validate required onboarding documents such as IDs, consent forms, and client-specific requirements
• Ensure compliance with US employment documentation including I-9, W-4, and E-Verify processes
• Act as the first point of contact for subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

Requirements:
