Job summary

TekWissen Group in Bangalore is seeking an experienced US HR Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for US W2 employees and C2C consultants, onsite (5 days) with US night shift. The role requires 15 years in US HR Operations, hands-on expertise with I-9, E-Verify, W-4 and background checks, plus strong stakeholder leadership and MS Excel skills.

You will supervise the onboarding team, maintain trackers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in US HR Operations / US Employee Onboarding.
• Strong hands-on experience with US onboarding and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, W-4, and background verification processes.
• Experience handling W2 and C2C onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and MS Excel skills.
